When the photographer and the videographer work for the same studio, they share one schedule, one shot list and one editing style. Nobody blocks the other's angle during the vows, the toasts are covered in sound and in stills, and the film and the album match. You sign one contract with IAZ Photo Studio and pay one $500 deposit to hold the date.
Two cameras on every event we film
Every event we film gets two video cameras, which gives us two angles and a second recording if one camera fails.
Backups in three places
Before the editing starts, your photos and footage are copied to the editing station, the studio server and an external drive. An editing computer once died mid-project; the client still received her film because the originals were safe.
Prices on the site, not in a sales call
Every package and add-on is published with its price. Weddings and quinceañeras start at $2,150 for photo and video together; photo-only and video-only coverage starts at $1,250.
How booking works, from your first message to your delivered film
Step 1: Send your date and event type
Use the form or text (602) 753-7969. We reply within 24 to 48 hours with availability and the packages that fit.
Step 2: Choose a package and sign a digital contract
You pick Essential, Complete or Deluxe, or a photo-only or video-only package, and sign the contract on your phone through ShutterTerms. A $500 deposit holds the date; the balance is paid in installments and in full one month before the event.
Step 3: Plan the timeline with us
We confirm locations, the pre-event photo session and the order of the day, so both crew members arrive with the same plan.
Step 4: Select your photos and receive everything
You have 4 weeks after the event to select photos online. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 weeks for photo only and 4 to 8 weeks for photo and video, counted from your selection.

Do you cover weddings in Scottsdale, and where can I see your real events?

How fast can you cover a last-minute event?
